Project Summary
SYS, in partnership with BMS-JV, has secured a 20% share of the contract for the design and construction of marine works for Vale Manufacturing Malaysia. This project is part of Vale SA’s Regional Distribution Center in Perak, which will handle 30 million tonnes of iron ore annually.
The design is built to support heavy loads, with a live load of 10–15 kN/m², 85-ton max axle load, and a draft of 25m for the Import Wharf and 21m for the Export Wharf. This large-scale marine infrastructure will significantly enhance iron ore distribution in the region.

- Trestle : 1,800m x 16m wide road)
- Transfer Platform A : 225m x 74m wide
- Transfer Platform B : 160m x 70m wide
- Import Wharf : 515m x 42.55m wide
- Export Wharf : 560m x 22m wide
