Project Summary
SYS was commissioned by Goodaim Realty Sdn Bhd to design and build a comprehensive facility on Lot 1553, Jalan Kusta, Sg. Buloh, Selangor. Completed between December 2018 and January 2020, the project encompassed the construction of a large warehouse, an adjoining three-storey office building, and associated works.
The facility, with a total built-up area of 7,668 m², includes a 5,843 m² warehouse designed for rental purposes and a 1,825 m² office area.
