This era marked our entry into building and infrastructure works 1978 Global Milestones SYS started participating in tenders for various Agricultural Development Schemes financed by the World Bank and Asian Development Bank and successfully completed RM120 million of works under these schemes. 1979 Venturing Into Marine Works We took our first steps into marine works, gradually progressing to coastal, dredging, and reclamation through cooperation with international contractors 1985 Malaysia&#039;s First Cutter Suction Dredger Malaysia\u2019s first cutter suction dredger was acquired by SYS in 1985.
