Project Summary
SYS undertook the Construction of a New Admin Building for Eastman Chemical Malaysia at Gebeng, Kuantan.
The project includes the construction of a single-storey administration building measuring 1,619m², along with external works, turfing and landscaping, sewerage and plumbing, electrical, fire protection systems, and etc. Additionally, SYS handled the demolition of the existing office building and associated infrastructure.
