SYS was contracted by Goodaim Realty Sdn Bhd to design and build a comprehensive facility on Lot PT96, Persiaran Jubli Perak, Seksyen 22, Shah Alam. This project ran from August 2010 to July 2013 and involved the construction of a warehouse, a basement carpark, and other associated works. The project was overseen by consultants Arkitek Lee Kah Chiu and Perunding Faisal, Arbraham dan Augustin Sdn Bhd.
The development included a warehouse designed for rental purposes, with a total built-up area divided into two main sections: Factory Unit A at 3,097m² and Factory Unit B at 2,987m².
