Project Summary
SYS was tasked with designing and building a warehouse and one-storey office facility at Batu Pahat, Johor. The project, for Mahawarni Sdn Bhd, encompassed a total built-up area of 31,920 square feet. This area was allocated for various uses, including rental spaces.
The facility was divided into several sections: six factory units, each measuring 30 feet by 130 feet, totaling 23,400 square feet; an additional factory space of 7,800 square feet, measuring 60 feet by 130 feet; and an office and CCTV room of 720 square feet, measuring 23 feet by 20 feet. The project consultants included Arkitek Lee Kah Chiu and Perunding Faisal, Abraham dan Augustin (C&S).
