Project Summary
Highyield Realty Sdn Bhd commissioned SYS to design and build a facility located at No. 13, Lot PT33266, Jalan Tiang U8/93, Section U8, Bukit Jelutong Industrial Area, Shah Alam, Selangor. This project, executed between February 2006 and September 2008, involves the construction of a warehouse and a three-storey office annex.
The total built-up area of the facility is 28,854 square feet, with the warehouse covering 19,487 square feet and the office annex spanning 9,235 square feet. The architectural design was provided by Arkitek Lee Kah Chiu, while civil and structural engineering services were handled by Perunding Faisal, Abraham dan Augustin.
